Terms & conditions
Effective 30 October 2026. CoinScope is the seller and service provider. By accessing or continuing to use CoinScope, you agree to these terms and contract with CoinScope for access to the service.
The service and your account
CoinScope provides cryptocurrency market information, educational AI research, portfolio risk tools, scam-check assistance and simulated practice trading. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
Educational information, not advice
All content is for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell. AI outputs and market data may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify information independently and consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting. Your decisions and any real trading losses are your responsibility. No returns are guaranteed. Practice trades and stop-loss/take-profit orders are simulated; they never place real trades.
Acceptable use and AI content
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, harmful deepfakes, hate speech, malware, security probing, unauthorized scraping, interference with the service or attempts to bypass AI safety controls or plan limits. You are responsible for your prompts, verifying outputs, your use of outputs and having permission to provide input content. Avoid submitting sensitive information about other people.
You retain rights you hold in your inputs. CoinScope may process them only as needed to provide and protect the service. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection; these terms do not transfer third-party rights. CoinScope may refuse or filter outputs, remove or restrict infringing content and suspend repeated infringers. Rights-holder complaints should identify the content, the rights claimed and evidence of ownership and be sent to CoinScope using the seller contact details associated with your purchase.
Ownership and availability
CoinScope retains ownership of the service software, documentation, branding and other service intellectual property, excluding user-owned inputs and third-party materials. You may not resell the service or circumvent its technical restrictions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance or the accuracy of any output.
